Ordering Process
Our workflow is designed for transparency and efficiency. HVAC contractors receive automatic email notifications as orders move through our fabrication shop, ensuring you always know the exact status of your project.

Measure & Draw
Measure your ductwork and provide a clear drawing or sketch including all dimensions for accurate fabrication.

Submit Drawings
Upload or email your drawings directly to us. We manually review every sketch to ensure project compatibility.

Receive Quote
We review your drawings, confirm all fabrication details, and send back a firm quote for your approval.

Approve & Pay
Once you approve the quote and payment is received, your order is offically placed and added to our shop schedule.

Fabrication Started
When we begin building, we update your status to "Fabrication Started" and you'll receive an automated email notification.
06
Order Completed
Once finished, we mark the order "Fulfilled." You will get an automatic email letting you know your fittings are ready for pickup.

Pickup or Delivery
Orders are pickup-only by default from our Orillia shop. Local job site delivery is available for an additional charge.
